Since 1980, Anderson ND Rentals has been serving the Notre Dame and Saint Mary's student community by providing quality housing at reasonable rental rates.

Our philosophy has been to give a student a good, solid house to live in -- clean and in good repair -- and that student will respect the house and return it in like condition. That philosophy has worked successfully for over 25 years.

We attribute our success to only owning houses in good locations and maintaining them on an annual basis.  Each summer we do necessary repairs, interior painting and preventative maintenance to keep the houses running smoothly throughout the school year.

Anderson ND Rentals is our primary source of income, which means that we are keenly aware of our role in making each year a success for our students. Our reputation and goodwill are integral to our philosophy of doing business.
